Directions:
Take 1 spoon a day with warm or hot water, preferably first thing in the morning before your first meal. You may take up to 3 spoons a day if needed, with or without food. You can use 3/4 of the spoon located in the bottle as well.

I have recently started using the wellness tea as part of my overall eye health routine. I don't take it every day, I use SightC three times a day and use the tea as an added boost. I think with only using it approximately every 3 or 4 days it will take me longer to see its benefits. But I love the quality of all of their products and know for sure that they are contributing to the relief of extreme dry eyes that I've been having.
